Project

Today for Tomorrow

‘Today for Tomorrow’ is a series curated by Alessandro Genitori and Elis Karakaci which aims to showcase Italian companies, universities, institutions and associations that have decided to prioritise sustainable growth in their work. These organisations invest in the environment, infrastructure and innovation.

For the project, I created a one-minute-plus animation that introduces the series’ mood and features the opening credits with the names of the people involved.

Creative Process

Concept

The animation follows a city street and shows, in fast motion, the changes in the environment, behaviors, lifestyle, and even colors brought about by the adoption of more sustainable practices. The transition from “today” to “tomorrow” is marked by a small concrete gesture that sets in motion a larger change.
